I purchased this card for the father of a friend who was going through chemo. My friend’s father is rather reserved so I wasn’t sure how he would react as cancer and chemo is a very serious issue. Despite my concern, I gave him the card anyway. It turns out my fears were unfounded as the card brought a great response from not only my friends father, but also from friends and family. My friend’s father had placed the card in a prominent spot for everyone to see. Unfortunately my friend’s father passed soon after, but at the funeral I had heard a few people discussing this card and how it had brought joy and levity at a rather dark and serious time. Thank you Lumpy Cards for a product that could bring a smile when it was needed most.
